Clicking links inside of emails can be dangerous and can lead to attacks to your organisation. Those attacks are called phishing attacks which are part of a large group of attacks that are social engineering attacks. Those attacks play on emotional responses to make people take fast decisions and deceive them. An attacker will usually use this kind of attack to gain a first entry inside of an organisations network.
